Nowojorczycy mowia, ze najpiekniejsze swieta sa tylko w Nowym Jorku, ze tulko tutaj magie swiat czuje sie w powietrzu! I faktycznie, mimo ze zimno, miasto oferuje co roku wiele atrakcji. Jednak chyba choinka przy Rockeffeler Center jest jedym z najwaznejszych miejsc ktore trzeba co roku odwiedzic (i sklepy zaraz obok na piatej alei:))
Wybralismy sie wiec z Lukasem zeby ja zobaczyc, niestety chyba wszyscy mieszkancy i turysci postanowili zrobic to samo dokladnie w tym samym czasie:) …,ale tak naprawde tam sa zawsze tlumy, wiec absolutnie nie jedzie sie tam samochodem!

Ciekawostka: Tradycja stawiania choinki przy Rockefeller Center istnieje od 24 grudnia 1931 roku, kiedy to robotnicy pracujący przy budowie pierwszych budynków Rockefeller Center ubrali sześciometrową choinkę

New Yorkers say here is no Christmas like Christmas in New York City!  There is magic in the air like nowhere else!  One of the most important attractions is of course the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree (as well as all the stores right on the Fifth Ave:)) and we had decided to see the tree with Lukas, but it seemed all New York  got the same memo! So crowded!.. och well, the crowd is always there so remember to take a subway!

As a side note, the tradition of the Christmas tree at the Rockefeller Center comes from the construction workers who where building the Center and decided to put up the three on December 24th 1931.

The sightseeing made us so hungry that somehow we ended up for pizza:)
